A medley of blackberry, red plum, and crème de cassis flavors sweeps across the classically fruit-forward palate and is warmed by spicy undertones of sandalwood and cardamom.
Delicate aromas of violet and bergamot rise from the glass to introduce our estate-grown 2021 Pedar. The soft floral notes carry across the palate and are complemented by delicious blackberry and plum flavors with stewed strawberries and hints of pie spice.
