Cool mornings, sunlit afternoons, and a long, unhurried harvest coaxed out depth and vibrancy in equal measure. Aromas of wild raspberry, pomegranate, and Rainier cherry drift from the glass, accented by rose petal, bergamot, and a whisper of fresh thyme. Silken on the palate, its red-fruited core is laced with the gentle warmth of rooibos tea, cocoa husk, and a trace of clove.
