Tasting Notes
With impeccable stature, depth and age-worthiness, the 2018 Signature Cabernet Franc is a textbook example of the variety.
Showcasing elegant blueberry and black currant fruit in addition to notions of savory herbs, loam, lead pencil, and saddle leather. The tannins are ripe and fine-grained, indicative of the wines Mount Veeder origins. An experience that is slow and memorable, Cabernet Franc's density and richness give light to secondary flavors that rise and expand across the long, persistent finish.
