Three Vintages, One Distinctive Expression of Place.
The 2014 vintage exhibits remarkable balance and freshness lent by the long, temperate growing season overall, and furthered by our cool, marine-influenced Southern Napa vineyard sites. Showing exuberance and plushness on the palate, 2014 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon’s power stroke is its density of fruit and delineated character lent by our rugged Mount Veeder site.
2015 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon strikes a vivid and powerful stance with its notably dense, concentrated mouthfeel and flavor profile. Dark cherry and black fruit aromas hint at its underlying plushness while the palate broadens with savory elements – black olive, soy, spice and black tea are accentuated by bright acidity, well-integrated oak and fine, sweet tannins.
Exceptional density and composure, with brilliant focus, are hallmarks of the 2016 vintage. With a vibrant array of dark fruits and intriguing spices, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds with layer upon layer of juicy blackberry, wild blueberry, cedar and lead pencil with savory notes of cured bacon, sage and star anise.
