Darioush Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Darioush works closely with olive orchards in northern California to produce fresh, expressive, and aromatic olive oils. As with the grapes we grow and vines we tend, our olive farmers are committed to respect and care for the land. In 2024, we carefully bottled two distinctive olive cultivar– Picual and Ascolano.
Mild and delicately balanced with compelling richness, the 2023 Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil opens with captivating aromas of fresh green hay, heirloom tomato and walnut that segue to notes of tropical fruits, ripe banana, with just a hint of peppery spice and a soft, buttery finish.
Typically characterized as intense and pungent, the 2024 Ascolano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil burst with aromas of green apple and banana that usher in secondary notes of tomato leaf and an air of pine forest– balanced by a medium peppery finish.
Both Olive Oils should be stored at room temperature.
