This classic Bordeaux variety possesses both power and poise, and contributes layered, concentrated, earthen and fruit flavors to our Signature Cabernet Sauvignon each year.
As the wine unfolds, delicate floral notes of violet and sage intermingle with savory spices, adding complexity and intrigue to the palate. Further notes of cured meats lend a smoky, umami quality that balances the deep fruit and spice. This is an incredibly structured wine with great texture and finesse that will reward with further bottle age.
