On the palate, the wine is both smooth and vibrant with delicate acidity to match its dense layers of berry fruit and earthy characteristics. Savory notes of espresso crema and dried herbs enhance the mid-palate, then usher in subtle hints of cocoa-covered cherries coated by finely knit tannins. The wine is multi-dimensional with great presence and persistence that will only improve with bottle age.
