2021 Caravan

Caravan shares the pedigree of Darioush’s Signature wines, but displays more ripe, saturated fruit with an elegantly textured finish. Caravan is anchored in Cabernet Sauvignon with lesser amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and/or Malbec and Petit Verdot added for depth and complexity of flavor.

Drawing inspiration from the celebrated blends of Bordeaux’ Left Bank, 2021 Caravan greets us with lifted aromas of juicy Damsom plum, fig, and vibrant cherry.

On the palate, this fresh medley of red fruits continues— mouthcoating flavors of red licorice and raspberry compote are balanced by savory bakers’ chocolate, lavender brush, and green tea notes. This is a harmonious wine experience that satisfies with incredible fruit quality, plushness, and spice.
