CARE: Hand wash with cool water and non-abrasive soap using a soft sponge. Dry immediately with soft cloth. Periodically recondition with vegetable oil. Remove oil from metal parts, allow oil to stand on the wood for 1 hour, then remove excess with paper towel or soft cloth. Do not soak in water nor expose to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Do not place in dishwasher, oven or microwave. Avoid using sharp or serrated knives.
