This naturally crafted, 100% estate-grown Shiraz reflects the purity and simplicity of the winemaking techniques Darioush first observed as a child. Tasting Notes
Delicate aromas of violet and bergamot rise from the glass to introduce our estate-grown 2021 Pedar.
The soft floral notes carry across the palate and are complemented by delicious blackberry and plum flavors with stewed strawberries and hints of pie spice. Classic, savory varietal notes of olive tapenade and smoked pancetta create harmony on the mouthfeel, while intriguing hints of fennel pollen, dried herbs, and white pepper punctuate the long finish.
