POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Guest Services team member is responsible for creating memorable and genuine experiences for our guests. Introducing and educating guests on the portfolio of wines while maintaining the philosophy established by Darioush.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Embody our culture of hospitality when interacting with our guests and deliver the Darioush Experience.
• Demonstrate exemplary verbal communication and body language.
• Deliver personable presentations of Darioush’s wines, story, winegrowing philosophy.
• Entertain Consumer, Trade, First Offering and VIP guests through memorable experiences.
• Ability to accurately guide our guests through all wine and culinary experiences.
• Introducing the First Offer Membership to improve guest loyalty.
• Provide seamless fulfillment options for our guests to regularly enjoy Darioush wines.
• Accurately record guest information and memorialize details of our hospitality experiences by utilizing our POS and hospitality software.
• Coordinate with the Direct-to-Consumer department to implement updated shipping, tracking and fulfillment options for wine orders.
• Provide timely follow up on guest experiences through handwritten letters, emails, and phone calls to solidify relationships for future visits and referrals.
• Ensuring our Visitor Center and Grounds are immaculate in preparation for receiving guests. Notify management of any areas in need of attention.
• Work collaboratively with all members of the operation. Complete all assigned side work and assigned tasks in a timely manner or as directed.
• Stay up to date and educated on the Darioush wine portfolio, culinary and guest experiences and maintain an intimate awareness of our daily hospitality activity.
• Adjust based on social cues and/or communication to accommodate our guest.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
• Be aware of and adhere to all standards and requirements as outlined in Team Member Handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIREMENTS:
• The ideal team member will know and be practiced in the culture of topflight customer service.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in the wine profession or related experiences.
• Position involves prolonged periods of standing to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Extensive wine knowledge and certification or coursework from accredited source is preferred.
• Expected to demonstrate the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Safely.
• Strong work ethic, comfort with public speaking, and being a consummate team player with genuine enthusiasm to share your passion for wine and hospitality is paramount.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm while assisting guests on property.
• Position Requires to maintain a flexible schedule to be present based on business levels.
• This position requires team members to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime.

Compensation: The base pay range offered for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, skills, experience, education, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
A Darioush Executive Assistant is a support position for our Proprietors, Darioush, Shahpar and Sally Khaledi and our Executive team. This role requires sincerity, discretion, excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative
• Take pride and enjoyment in managing multiple interdepartmental projects and schedules
• Utilize winery calendar and task management tools with key events and tasks
• Compose, edit, and proofread letters, reports, and other correspondence
• Prepare and process timely and accurate executive expense reports
• Oversight and ordering of winery supplies, postage, copy machines, etc.

Executive Support
• Coordinate and support meetings and communications for leadership team and outside parties
• Facilitate hospitality experiences and reservations for select VIP trade and consumer guests
• Administrate and manage travel and reservations for the Proprietors and Executive team

Professionalism
• Assignments may involve work of confidential and/or complex nature
• Requires considerable discretion, judgement, tact, and diplomacy
• Maintain and secure sensitive files, records, and credentials

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal Executive Assistant candidate will be a consummate team player with a strong work ethic and great verbal and written communication.
• A sense of humor and kind nature will ensure best fit amongst our team of caring and hard-working professionals.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with an Executive in a winery setting. Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• This position requires weekends and some holidays. Must be able to lift 15 – 50lbs.
