Savory secondary notes of dried sage leaf, herbal incense, spiced chai, and cacao expand on the mid-palate—adding intrigue and depth. This is a lively and powerful wine, with finely-knit tannins to support longer term aging. With the uncommon 2020 season resulting in limited yields, Winemaker Hope Goldie’s selectivity and blending techniques produced a beautiful wine reflective of Darioush’s commitment to quality, consistency and style.
