The 2009 season, defined by cool, consistent weather, was impeccable for developing Chardonnay’s full potential to be bright, concentrated and expansive. Vibrant key lime, orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas predominate. Upon release, the wine is blessed with an exceptionally graceful and persistent mouthfeel defined by Fuji apple and white peach. Youthful, with a firm mineral structure, the wine shows delicacy and complexity in the finish with notes of hazelnut oil, chalk, and creamy vanilla bean.
