Caravan shares the pedigree of Darioush’s Signature wines, but displays more ripe, saturated fruit with an elegantly textured finish. Caravan Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of a unique blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and other varietals from our Napa Valley & Mount Veeder estates -- lending more depth and complexity of flavor to the finished wine.

TASTING NOTES

Brimming with sweet black fruits, anise and chocolate truffle, this classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is polished and pleasing. Incredibly smooth on the palate, this Cabernet has notes of cherry cola, supported by French roast coffee and chocolate. Soft, well-balanced tannins extend the long and lingering finish.

• Meticulous attention to detail in vineyard and cellar
• Hand-harvested into small 28 LB. baskets
• Hand-sorted twice, before and after de-stemming
• Cold soaked for 72 hours in small fermenters
