We find this locale yields wines with a keenly defined, multi-layered flavor profile reminiscent of Cote de Nuits. Possessing a remarkable combination of structure, acidity, fruit-intensity and persistence, the flavors of licorice, cola, clove and bright red cherry will evolve gracefully for a decade.
