The following wines will be released and shipped to First Offering participants this year.

To ensure that wine packages arrive in optimal condition, Darioush will select the appropriate shipping method based on your location, state regulations, and the time of year.  The following shipping methods may be used for wine delivery: Fed Ex/ UPS second-day service, Fed Ex /UPS ground service, and three-tier shipping transport. 

2008 Shipping Fees ~ First Offering:

• * DC, NJ, IN and MA: in order to abide with laws, Darioush made special arrangements in shipping wine through authorized distributing channels. The wine is shipped by (refrigerated) truck instead of by common carrier. Please allow approximately four weeks from the release date to receive wine packages.
• Due to state regulations, shipments of wine are limited to certain states and other restrictions may also apply. Taxes will be applied as required by your local and state laws. Void where prohibited.
• For each release shipment, tracking information will be sent to your email address if one was provided.  If you require advanced notice for shipments, please notify your First Offering Liaison by phone at: 707/257-2345 ext. 128 or email orders@darioush.com and special arrangements will be made.

As a First Offering participant, you will be automatically billed for wine releases that exist within your custom reservation using the authorized credit card on file. Payment is collected approximately 3-5 business days prior to the shipping date for any new release. Each wine reservation is billed seperately; therefore, you may notice more than one transaction on your credit card statement if you belong to multiple First Offering Reservations. Please call the winery if you have detailed questions about your billing statement.

For your privacy, invoices are not provided inside of packages, but can be made available via email or fax by your request when you contact your First Offering Liaison at 707/257-2345 ext. 128 or orders@darioush.com.

Adult signatures are required for all packages shipped by Darioush.  We recommend shipping to a business address to guarantee prompt delivery.  Undeliverable shipments can either be reshipped at the expense of the First Offering participant, or the wine can be restocked and refunded less applicable shipping and handling fees.  Alcoholic Beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.  The person receiving your package will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Participants may cancel or change their reservation at any time as long as they provide two weeks advance notice.  Should one cancel or change their reservation within two weeks of a First Offering release, they may incur charges for their wine reservation.  Shipping fees for returned packages will be billed at the expense of the canceled First Offering participant when less than two weeks notice is provided for cancellation.
